Travel Fun Fact

Fox Glacier Heli Hike, New Zealand

The Fox Glacier is the third largest of New Zealand’s 3,000 glaciers. Fox Glacier is more than 8 miles long and descends 8,500 feet from the Southern Alps into the coastal rainforest, carving a dramatic canyon as it slowly slides down the mountain and into the ocean. We landed on the glacier in a helicopter to go for a hike. What an amazing day, read more in our post Fox Glacier Heli Hike.
