The Flightless Adventures of the Emu, Brisbane, Australia

The emu is a flightless bird found in Australia. They are the second tallest bird in the world and can reach a height of nearly 2 meters. The male emus sit on the eggs during incubation and care for the young after the eggs hatch. We met this one at the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary in Brisbane.
