Diving Fun Fact

Coconut Octopus, Lembeh, Indonesia

The Coconut Octopus (Amphioctopus marginatus) earned its nickname when marine biologist observed the species collecting each half of a broken coconut from the seafloor to carry about and hide inside when predators where near.
